UCB GmbH - The company who is already shareholder in AnyMessage GmbH, is pleased to announce the acquisition of interactive digital media GmbH (IDM), a German based Cloud Communication Service Provider. As the 2 companies have complementary service offerings, we are confident that this will ultimately benefit our customers.
